Other Insurances
Although my office does not bill for other insurances directly, that does not mean that insurance companies will not cover some or all of the cost. I am an out-of-network provider. This means that you (the client) are responsible for paying me directly for my services. If your insurance company is willing to pay for some or all of the cost, then you will be reimbursed by your insurance company.
To determine if your insurance company will accept services out of network you should contact them directly. I can provide you a receipt and/or monthly statements that will have the necessary information to submit to your insurance company.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check, FSA cards and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
